We believe in the Great Commission and our responsibility to take the gospel to other nations, not just our own (Matthew 28:18-20).  The church began an overseas ministry among the Tamil-speaking people in 1990 as a result of the gifts of Pastor Bala in this area.  Pastor Bala regularly visits several countries to train men for the ministry and help plant churches.  A quarterly magazine is also published in Tamil entitled ‘Bible Lamp’ (Thirumaraitheepam) which is sent to people in over twenty countries.  In addition to this, we publish several books in Tamil each year which are made available to readers in Tamil-speaking countries.
